Coaching with Georgina

Your life, not a programme.

Everyone deserves someone in their corner. One-to-one coaching for your whole relationship with food and the way you live. No rules, no restriction, no potions: a personal path back to the basics, worked out around the life you actually have.

Qualified (BTEC Level 4, IINH) and fully insured, with sessions from 1 November 2026. Online wherever you are in the world, or in person around Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon. Book one session at a time, or take the 12-week Reset for the full journey.

You’ve tried the diets, the apps and the willpower. It isn’t you.

Most of us were never taught how to look after ourselves in a world that runs at this speed. 9 in 10 UK adults faced high or extreme levels of pressure or stress last year. Type 2 diabetes in under-40s in the UK has risen by almost 40% in six years. Menopause is still brushed off as “just your age”, and ADHD brains are told to try harder. You don’t need another plan to fail. You need someone who listens first.

Mental Health UK, 2026 · Diabetes UK data, 2024

Sound familiar?

“I hold it together all day…”…then eat standing at the fridge at 10pm, and hate myself for it.
“I’m awake at 3am…”…and running on caffeine and sugar by 3pm. Menopause, stress, or both.
“My GP said type 2.”“Get some support.” But nobody told me what to actually eat on a Tuesday night.
“My child only eats beige food.”Every meal is a battle, and I’m exhausted from cooking three dinners.
“I forget to eat until 4pm…”…then eat everything. ADHD brain, chaotic days, good intentions.
“I eat at my desk, drink too much and can’t switch off.”Long hours, blood pressure creeping up, family time disappearing.

That’s exactly where we start. No judgement, no plan you can’t keep.

Trained in Nutrition for ADHD

ADHD brains, and the families who love them.

We start with safe foodsFor a beige-food child, we keep the foods they trust and add one small “bridge” food beside them, never a battle at the table.
Routines, not willpowerEasy anchors for forgetting to eat, decision fatigue and the 4pm crash: a breakfast that makes itself, a snack plan, a shopping list that thinks for you.
Dopamine, honestlyWhy the snack cupboard calls so loudly, and gentle swaps that still feel rewarding. No shame, no elimination diets.
For grown-ups tooMany adults, especially women, find out in midlife. Food, sleep and energy look different with an ADHD brain, and that’s fine.

What we might work on.

Whatever’s going on, we start with the whole of you, not just your plate.

Food and bodyYour whole relationship with food, without diets. Weight without restriction. Blood sugar and type 2 diabetes. Eating slowly and stopping at 80%.
Mind and energyStress, burnout and a busy head. ADHD-friendly routines and meals for children and adults. Sleep and energy. Low mood, alongside your doctor.
Every stage of lifeTeens and food. New parents. Perimenopause and menopause. Men in midlife. Later life, cooking for one and keeping your mind sharp.
Real lifeLong hours and desk lunches. Drinking or vaping less. Whole-family habits and fussy eaters. Shift work. Eating well on a tight budget.

How I work

A conversation, not a form.

I don’t fix people. I listen, ask good questions and help you find what works for you, one small experiment at a time. Here’s exactly what happens.

  1. 1A free chat.Tell me what’s going on, in your own words: in the form below, by email, or just on the call. We see if I can help, both ways. No sales pitch.
  2. 2Before we meet. You sign a short coaching agreement, take the free Human Type quiz, and open your full Human Map report, which is included. You arrive already knowing a little more about you.
  3. 3Your Discovery Session.Ninety minutes that feel like a good chat. We walk through yesterday, your people, your body, your kitchen, your rest and what’s already good, then open your Human Map together. You choose your first small experiment.
  4. 4Your coaching plan.Within 48 hours: your two focus areas, your goal in your own words, your first experiment and your plan B. Built with you, never copied and pasted.
  5. 5We walk it together.Every two weeks we look at what happened, what you noticed and what’s next. Every four weeks you retake your Human Map, so you can see the change.
  6. 6Your closing review.Your maps side by side, what stuck, and a written summary to keep. Then you carry on by yourself, or stay with us as a member.

“I’ve really enjoyed my coaching with Georgina. My relationship with food is getting better, I’m enjoying cooking more and I’m thinking more about what I eat without overcomplicating everything.”

Safe and honest.

What I doCoach you on food, routines, sleep, stress, movement and the habits around them, at your pace, with the evidence explained simply.
What I don’t doI don’t diagnose, prescribe or change medication, and I’m not a registered dietitian or a therapist. I don’t treat eating disorders, clinical depression or diabetes, and I don’t use elimination diets for ADHD.
Working with your doctorIf you’re on insulin or diabetes tablets, or have a medical condition, I work alongside your GP, nurse or diabetes team, never instead of them, and I’ll always point you back to them when that’s right. On insulin or gliclazide? Cutting carbs can cause hypos, so talk to your diabetes team before changing what you eat. In the UK, ask your GP about free NHS diabetes education too: coaching sits alongside it.
Children and teensI’m DBS checked, and for under-18s a parent or carer is part of every session. If your child’s eating is very restricted, their weight is dropping or they’re anxious about food, please see your GP first: that needs a doctor before a coach.
If food feels out of controlIf you’re struggling with an eating disorder, please talk to your GP, or contact Beat (UK) on 0808 801 0677. In the US, contact ANAD or your doctor. If you’re in crisis, call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK and Ireland), call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number. Under 19 in the UK? Childline is on 0800 1111, or text SHOUT to 85258.
InsuredFully insured from 1 November 2026, with £1m professional indemnity and public liability cover.

“Common sense, real life and honesty. I’ll never hand you a rulebook.”

I’ve worked in cafés, pubs, a care home kitchen and the corporate world, and I lost my own way before I found it again. I’m not a doctor or a dietitian, and I won’t pretend to be. I’m a qualified coach and a mum who has lived through grief, heartache and my own health battles, and I know how hard change is in real life. My story

Good questions.

Do I have to sign up for a package?

No. You can book one session at a time. Most people get the most from the 12-week Reset, because it gives small changes time to stick, and it includes membership.

Online or in person?

Either. In person around Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon, online anywhere.

Who do you work with?

Adults of every age, men and women, teenagers (with a parent), and whole families. Anywhere in the world online, or in person around Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon.

I’ve tried every diet. Why would this be different?

Because it isn’t a diet. No banned foods, no calorie counting, no shakes or supplements. We look at the whole of your life, start with the basics and build small changes you’ll actually keep.

Do you record sessions?

Only with your permission, so I can listen properly instead of scribbling notes. The recording is deleted once my notes are written, and you can always say no.

Is it medical advice?

No. I’m a coach, not a doctor. Coaching works alongside your GP, nurse or diabetes team, never instead of them, and I’ll always point you to your doctor when that’s right.

Ask for your free chat.

No cost, no commitment. Just a short conversation to see if working together makes sense. Georgina replies within two working days.
